Zen Rooms Panorama Hotel - Taiping

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel in Taiping that exceeded my expectations. the location is absolutely fantastic, right in the center of town. I was able to explore the Lake Gardens and enjoy the wide variety of food options within walking distance. Secondly, I was pleasantly surprised by the level of service provided by the staff. They were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. Lastly, the rooms were clean and had all the basic amenities I needed, including a quiet air-conditioning system. It's clear that the hotel has put effort into renovating the rooms to make them comfortable for guests. it was a great value for money experience.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was excellent.

only 1 mile from bukit larut. perfect for vacation. the location was so close to everything we wanted to do.

The room was spacious and comfy, the staff were polite and accommodating, the restaurant had affordable and varied menu options, the bathroom had commendable hot water, the air-con was awesome.

Great location, close to shops and restaurants. Walking distance to the main attractions. The room was spacious and the bed comfortable. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The buffet breakfast had a varied selection of dishes to choose from and it was complimentary. The hotel also had a swimming pool which was nice.

The air conditioning did not work properly and it was noisy. The walls were rather thin and we could hear noise from outside.

We had a great stay at a centrally located hotel that was close to everything. It was near major eateries, a food court, and plenty of places to explore. the room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay. the bathroom was clean and modern, with great water pressure in the shower. the service was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff who were always there to assist us. We also enjoyed a delicious breakfast each morning, which was a great start to our day.

That some of the facilities were a bit dated and could use some updating to match the modern amenities of the hotel.

Spent Christmas at this hotel and the holiday spirit was definitely in the air. the decorations and festive atmosphere were great. the hotel offers free Wi-Fi which is convenient for staying connected during the holidays. the location is also good, as there are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.

The room itself was disappointing. the bed was uncomfortable and the bathroom was not very clean.

We loved the central location of this hotel, as it was in close proximity to many restaurants and within walking distance of everything we needed. We also enjoyed the fact that there were plenty of eateries and a mall just a stone's throw away.
